April 29, 2018 – On This Date In Hip-Hop, Mississippi rapper “LiL Lonnie” was shot and killed. 22-year-old Lonnie Taylor was shot multiple times while driving his SUV along a road in north Jackson.
Two 21-year-olds and an 18-year-old were arrested and charged with the slaying.
