January 08, 2020 – On This Date In Hip-Hop, Nipsey Hussle’s Victory Lap was certified PLATINUM by RIAA. It’s a damn shame that Nip’s death helped catapult the album into both Gold (November 2019) and Platinum statuses when the album was such an exceptional piece of work.
